Pesticide Certification Training Program
The NCPMA Pesticide Certification Training Program is a two-day course that prepares pest management technicians to sit for the state Structural Pest Control Certification exam. The course is taught by members of the North Carolina State University Department of Entomology. Immediately following the course, participants are allowed the opportunity to take the Structural Pest Control Certification Exam, which is given by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The course covers core training, topics from the certification manual and rules and regulations for each phase of pest management.
NCPMA offers the Pesticide Certification Training Program during its annual Pest Control Technician’s School.
