2026 PCT School Winter Weather Update and Schedule Changes

NCPMA continues to monitor the winter weather impacting most of North Carolina and will be updating our website regularly with impacts to the 2026 PCT School. 

The latest changes to the schedule are below. As of the current time, there are no changes to the schedule for Tuesday-Thursday. If there are changes to these dates, we will alert everyone as soon as possible.

We will continue to update the PCT School schedule online and will provide updates on our website as well. Please contact our office at info@ncpestmanagement.org with any questions or direct concerns.

WDIR

The WDIR course scheduled for Monday, Jan. 26 will be rescheduled for a future date. Anyone registered for this course will be notified of the new date once it is rescheduled.

Board Meeting

The Board Meeting scheduled for Monday, Jan. 26 at 3 p.m. will be held in person and virtually. Click this link to join the meeting.

Melodies that Matter

Melodies that Matter, the karaoke fundraiser for the NCPMA Extension Program Endowment in Honor of Mike Waldvogel, originally scheduled for Monday, January 26 has been moved to Tuesday, January 27 from 9 p.m. to midnight.

Parking Update

The Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Conference Center began charging a fee for overnight parking in September 2025. 

For those attending the 2026 PCT School, this parking fee is waived using the code SHDLY. Please provide this code to the front desk to have your parking fee waived.
