The NCPMA Leadership Development Academy is an innovative three-part development program which provides participants with a fresh take on leadership skills and strategies that can be immediately put to practical use in any size company or department. The program is customized to the Pest Management Industry.
Each class elects individuals to serve as chairpersons for the following cohort of students. Margie Alsbury of Manning’s Pest Control and Raylene Galloway of Pisgash Pest Control, who graduated in the program’s first class, served as Co-Chairs of 2024-2025 class.
“Serving as co-chair of the NCPMA Leadership Development Program has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. I’m so proud of each participant — your growth, your dedication, and the friendships you’ve built with one another have been incredible to witness. I’m grateful to Nick Ensing for stepping up to join Raylene as co-chairs for the next session, and I’m thankful to Raylene for being such a strong and supportive partner throughout this journey. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to any pest control company looking to develop their team’s leadership skills and build meaningful connections within our industry,” said Margie Alsbury, Co-Chair of the Leadership Development Academy program.
The class elected Nicholas Ensing of Economy Exterminating to join Raylene Galloway of Pisgah Pest Control as Co-Chair of the next Leadership Development Academy which will begin in November 2026.
